Delivery Charges

Pump Sales Direct (PSD) offers a free standard delivery service (2-3 working days) to mainland UK*. The free standard delivery service relates to all pumps on our website and also individually purchased spares or accessories over the value of £50 (before VAT). Anything purchased under £50 will incur a £6.95 standard 2-3 day delivery charge.

PSD also offers a next working day delivery service at a charge of just £12.50* (on order over £50), provided we receive your order before 3:30pm Monday to Friday (excludes Weekends and Bank Holidays).

*Excludes UK Islands, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands.

Please note - PSD can arrange delivery to the Republic of Ireland where requested. Due to enhanced customer information being required post brexit this orders need to be placed directly with the customer support team: 0800 008 6405

Courier Companies

We use FedEx to deliver most small to medium parcels 

Any orders that require a pallet for delivery we will use Palletforce, along with other pallet delivery companies as required.

Next Working Day Delivery*

At Pump Sales Direct, we know how important it is to keep things running smoothly — that’s why we offer Next Working Day Delivery on many of our pumps, products and accessories, helping you get back up and running without delay.

While we always aim to fulfill next day orders, there may be occasions where this service is temporarily unavailable. This can happen due to transport issues, stock availability, processing schedules or other circumstances. In such cases, the Next Working Day Delivery option may be removed at any time at cart, checkout or affected after your order is placed.

We will always strive to communicate any changes to your order promptly and ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
